Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory planning, and forecasting tools.
• CPG, retail, Manufacturing, or customer-focused business experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
