Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage spare parts demand for data center server, storage, and networking productsAnalyze historical consumption, failure rates, and forecasts to drive accurate demand planningGenerate and manage purchase requisitions and supply plans through MRP/ERP systemsCollaborate with sourcing, buyers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availabilityMonitor and manage inventory levels, including excess, aging, and obsolescenceSupport RMA, service, and field support teams with critical spare parts availabilityDrive pull-in / push-out / cancellations based on demand fluctuationsTrack and report key supply chain metrics (fill rate, shortages, inventory turns, etc.)Partner with engineering and quality teams on part lifecycle changes, EOL, and alternatesEnsure readiness for new product introductions (NPI) and spare parts ramp planningIdentify and mitigate supply risks to avoid service disruptionsAbility to work under pressure and manage urgent demands from customers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field5-7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or spare parts planningExperience in data center hardware, electronics manufacturing, or OEM environmentsStrong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Advanced skills in Excel and data analysisKnowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning conceptsFamiliarity with RMA, service logistics, and spare parts lifecycle management is a plusKey Skills:Analytical and data-driven decision makingStrong cross-functional collaborationAbility to manage high-mix, high-volume spare parts environmentsProblem-solving and risk mitigationAttention to detail with ability to manage multiple prioritiesCompensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-120,000 annually.Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.What’s in it for youBenefit InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Mental Health Care 401K with match Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days Tuition Reimbursement Perks at Work LEAP Program MyFlexPay We are an Equal Opportunity Employe…
