We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join a team where you will help align production activity, inventory availability, and customer demand in a fast-moving environment. This Long-term Contract position is suited for someone who can keep planning data accurate, respond quickly to supply changes, and work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external manufacturing partners. The role focuses on maintaining day-to-day supply execution, improving schedule reliability, and supporting consistent product delivery through disciplined planning practices. Responsibilities: • Build and manage production schedules in an ERP system and related planning tools to support timely manufacturing order release and completion. • Oversee the movement of materials and work orders across internal operations and contract manufacturing partners to keep production on track. • Revise schedules when demand shifts, component availability changes, or business priorities require adjustments to the plan. • Track inventory positions, identify potential shortages or excesses, and raise concerns promptly to help prevent service disruptions. • Carry out recovery plans to address backorders, material constraints, and other supply issues affecting customer fulfillment. • Maintain accurate planning and ERP data, including item records, planning settings, transaction details, and usage history. • Perform inventory control activities such as discrepancy research, transfer order processing, receipts, and stock adjustments. • Partner with sourcing, production, customer service, engineering, regulatory, and marketing teams to communicate status and support execution needs. • Provide clear production updates to management and contribute reliable planning information for new products, packaging updates, and product changes. • Experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, materials planning, or a similar manufacturing support role. • Working knowledge of ERP systems used for production planning and inventory control. • Strong understanding of inventory planning, inventory reconciliation, and material flow within a manufacturing environment. • Ability to interpret demand changes and convert them into practical scheduling and supply actions. • Familiarity with bill of materials, item master data, and planning parameter maintenance. • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend next steps. • Clear communication skills for working across cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
