Supply Chain Operations Specialist
ConfidentialOverview Crownlink Supply Chain Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily supply chain activities. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory movement, procurement support, transportation coordination, warehouse communication, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to maintaining efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to customers and business partners. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment Collaborate with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure efficient product movement Monitor shipment status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules while proactively resolving operational issues Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documentation, inventory records, freight reports, and operational metrics Support inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock optimization initiatives Analyze logistics and supply chain performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements Maintain accurate operational information within ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Coordinate supplier performance reviews and assist with vendor relationship management Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and quality standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, procurement, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory management software Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics and reporting tools is an advantage Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) certification is considered a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $28.4 – $32.2 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based annual and quarterly bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching program Paid time off, holidays, and wellness benefits Professional development, certification reimbursement, and leadership training Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization Modern, collaborative, and technology-driven work environment Why Join Crownlink Supply Chain Inc.?
