Job Title: Supply Chain Material Controls SME Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul area, MN — full-time onsite Duration: 3–6 months, potentially longer Pay Rate: $70/hr–$85/hr all-in rate (depending on experience) Job Description: Assess and correct GMP warehouse and material control gaps, including inventory accuracy, bin locations, reconciliation, traceability, and procedures. The focus is hands-on operational improvements rather than ERP configuration. Must-haves: Drug-device combination product experience, or experience in both pharmaceutical GMP and medical device manufacturing. Hands-on implementation of warehouse/material controls, including inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, bin accuracy, and traceability. Experience independently assessing gaps, implementing GMP SOPs/work instructions within a QMS, and training warehouse personnel. Pluses: Warehouse/supply chain leadership and GMP audit or inventory remediation experience. IFS or comparable ERP experience. Priority will be given to candidates with pharmaceutical GMP depth and those who have personally implemented these improvements. W2 position – only US Citizens, Green Card holders, or candidates with EADs, OPT need apply (no C2C). Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have experience with drug-device combination products, or experience in both pharmaceutical GMP and medical device manufacturing? Have you personally implemented GMP warehouse/material controls, including inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, bin-location accuracy, and material traceability? Have you independently assessed warehouse/material control gaps and implemented corrective improvements? Have you implemented or revised GMP SOPs/work instructions within a Quality Management System (QMS)? Have you trained warehouse personnel on GMP material-control procedures and new workflows?
