Owns master data for PSG and safeguards inventory data integrity. Maintains the item, BOM, routing, and planning-parameter data that MRP and the production schedule depend on, and audits inventory transactions to keep on-hand accuracy — and system trust — high. Initially PSG-focused, with the master data governance model expected to extend to additional sites over time. Key Responsibilities Own creation, maintenance, and governance of PSG master data — item master, BOMs, routings, vendor records, and planning parameters (lead time, safety stock, reorder points, ABC codes) in Global Shop Establish and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and change control for master data Audit inventory transactions (receipts, issues, moves, adjustments); identify and root-cause errors Drive cycle count and inventory accuracy programs; reconcile discrepancies with operations and purchasing Analyze inventory performance (accuracy, aging, excess/obsolete, ABC/Pareto) and surface issues to planning and SIOP Partner with planning, purchasing, and production so master data supports an executable schedule Support rollout of master data governance to additional sites and divisions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related, or equivalent work experience 5+ years supply chain experience required — inventory control, materials management, or master data Hands-on MRP/ERP experience; Global Shop Solutions a plus Experience managing supply chain functions across MRP, Excel, and supporting systems in a hands-on, adaptable environment Strong attention to detail and comfort with large data sets (Excel required; SQL / Power Query a plus) Process discipline and the ability to hold others accountable to data standards
