Dynatect Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead production planning, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain operations at our New Berlin, Wisconsin facility. This is a highly visible leadership role for a manufacturing professional who thrives on solving complex planning challenges, developing people, and driving operational excellence. You'll play a critical role in aligning customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory strategy to support business growth and exceptional customer delivery. What You'll Do Lead & Develop People Lead, coach, and develop planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. Support employee growth through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. Build organizational capability and strengthen team performance. Drive Planning & Scheduling Excellence Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Align customer demand, forecast requirements, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) activities. Identify and resolve material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and capacity constraints. Improve on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and customer service performance. Optimize Inventory & Supply Chain Performance Lead inventory management and inventory optimization initiatives. Establish effective planning parameters including safety stock, lead times, reorder points, and replenishment strategies. Improve inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and working capital performance. Lead cycle counting and annual physical inventory efforts. Partner Across the Business Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance. Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities. Align customer demand with manufacturing capabilities and business objectives. Communicate risks, constraints, priorities, and solutions effectively across the organization. Deliver Continuous Improvement Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities. Lead initiatives that improve delivery performance, inventory management, and operational effectiveness. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving methodologies. Drive continuous improvement across planning, inventory, and supply chain processes. Leverage Systems & Analytics Maintain ERP planning data integrity and planning parameters. Utilize ERP systems, reporting tools, and analytics to support decision-making. Develop and monitor key operational metrics and performance dashboards. Improve planning visibility and business performance through data-driven insights. Progressive experience in materials management, supply chain management, production planning, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, or manufacturing operations. Experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing environment.
