Supply Chain Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Available Positions: 1 Location : On-Site Application Deadline: September 3rd, 2026 Summary The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. Key Activities Manage and improve end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation . Develop and maintain production and material plans based on customer demand and operational requirements. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess, obsolete, and shortage inventory. Manage supplier relationships, performance, pricing, lead times, and delivery requirements. Coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and other required supplies. Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and production requirements to support effective supply planning. Work closely with Production and Operations to resolve material shortages and scheduling issues. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency. Develop and track key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, on-time delivery, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and logistics costs . Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain. Maintain accurate supply chain data within ERP/MRP systems. Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain, purchasing, planning, and logistics personnel as applicable. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing, food, packaging, or industrial environment. APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP. Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or cost-reduction initiatives. Educations & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, procurement, or operations.
