Brava Brands · Lehi, Utah · On-site · Full-time · $95,000 – $115,000 · Some travel to China About us Brava Brands designs and sells custom brick-building kits. Business Bricks builds branded kits for corporate clients (Fortune 500s, universities, government), Brick Loot ships a monthly subscription box to thousands of families, and Brick'Em Young builds for kids. Everything is manufactured in China, moves by ocean and air, clears US customs, and ships from our 3PL in Texas or drop-ships straight to the customer. We run dozens of custom projects a month, each with a deadline that cannot move. This role exists to land every one on time. The job You own the path from signed order to delivered product: factory, freight, customs, warehouse. You report to the executive team, sit with them weekly, and manage the coordinators who track every kit from quote to delivery. What you'll do Run our Chinese manufacturing partners: negotiate unit cost, MOQs, tooling, deposits and payment terms, and hold them to dates. Visit factories. Own freight: choose ocean vs. air by landed cost and deadline, manage the forwarder, and kill the "air freight at 10× the quote" surprises. Own customs: Incoterms, HTS classification, Section 301 and reciprocal tariffs, duties, ISF filings, importer-of-record arrangements, and the broker relationship. No CBP hold without a plan. Own compliance for a children's product: CPSC/ASTM F963 testing, CPC certificates, pre-shipment QC and AQL inspections. Own warehouse and fulfillment: 3PL performance, Amazon inbound, drop-ship programs, inventory accuracy, landed cost per kit. Build the planning layer we don't have yet: lead-time standards, capacity by factory, a weekly ship-date forecast the exec team can trust. Watch the world for us: when a tariff ruling, port strike, factory holiday or typhoon is about to touch a delivery, you see it first, say so plainly, and bring the plan. You must have 5+ years in supply chain or sourcing with direct, hands-on experience getting physical products made in China and imported into the US. Not through an agency: you've been on the factory floor and on the 7 a.m. calls. Customs and tariff fluency: you can explain DDP vs. FOB, what a 301 tariff does to our margin, and how an ISF late-filing penalty happens. Freight on ocean and air, including drop-ship. A 3PL relationship you ran: onboarding, SLAs, inventory reconciliation, holding them to it. Compliance working knowledge: you know what a CPC is and when a test is due. Led a team before and can show it. A great communicator: clear in writing, calm on the phone, and able to tell an executive team what a disruption means for our dates and dollars before they have to ask. Strongly preferred Mandarin (spoken and written) · toy/children's-product compliance · subscription or e-commerce fulfillment · an ERP migration · strong in spreadsheets and PO systems.
