The Opportunity Aurium is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for our dynamic portfolio of OTC and HABA products. This key role will oversee sales forecasting and demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and 3PL partnerships, ensuring the seamless flow of products from manufacturers and clients through our warehouse network and ultimately to retailers. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and proactive supply chain professional who excels at building strong relationships with manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, retail partners, and internal teams. With a focus on operational excellence, the Supply Chain Manager will help drive accurate forecasting, optimize inventory levels, improve efficiencies, manage costs, and maintain exceptional service levels across the business. What You’ll Do As a key member of our Sales team, you will: Lead sales forecasting and inventory demand planning, collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure accurate product demand predictions across all channels. Oversee inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels of inventory coverage, while minimizing overstock and stockouts. Manage logistics operations and relationships with all 3PL partners, ensuring timely, cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and retailers. Optimize transportation schedules, routes, and costs; set up, track, and analyze KPIs to evaluate and improve 3PL and transportation partner performance. Lead and manage relationships with manufacturers, shipping partners, and 3PLs. Develop and implement contingency plans for demand spikes and supply chain disruptions. Issue inventory purchase orders to suppliers on a timely basis considering lead time. Negotiate supplier terms to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Generate and present supply chain performance reports, including order fill rates, inventory turnover, lead times, and forecast accuracy. Monthly reviews and analysis of out of stock, slow moving and expiring products. Recommend course of actions to reduce such risks. Work proactively with Sales team and clients to ensure awareness of items with short expiry dates and potential actions to mitigate. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, operations, finance, and with clients’ teams on launches, restocks, and business objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Implement best practices for supply chain management, including risk assessments and process optimization. What You Bring Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field is an asset. Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
