Supply Chain Manager

Röchling Automotive is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and the automotive industry, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize logistics operations across the supply chain. Plan and supervise internal and external logistics flows. Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining operational excellence. Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Manage logistics costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop logistics workflows and standard operating procedures. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management (shipping & receiving). 3–5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional logistics teams. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Tier 1 manufacturing and injection molding. Experience with ERP/SAP systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in inventory, purchasing, supplier, and logistics management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
