Saica Pack USAPosition Summary: Guarantee the supply chain from raw material to the end product, ensuring delivery date compliance and optimization of productivity and costs. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all company policies Utilize IT system (GPT or SAP) to plan production and deliveries effectively. Analyze production capacity and make adjustments to meet and exceed goals. Define and deliver a Service Plan (reference lead-times) and perform daily monitoring of lead-times by manufacturing routes. Take measures to address any deficiencies. Manage purchases and procurement of material families to ensure efficient service. Maintain reliable inventory and take preventive steps to avoid stockouts, including auxiliary materials. Monitor and manage logistics and transportation. Provide regular and accurate reports on all activity. Develop and train employees. Establish and communicate expectations and manage performance. Other tasks as assigned.
