Careers with our Clients through Forvis Mazars US Search Supply Chain Manager - Charlotte NC (on-site) We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support a dynamic, growing business ensuring that inventory moves seamlessly and economically throughout the entire supply chain. Reporting to the Operation Manager and founder / CEO, you will be responsible for monthly forecast reviews, purchase orders for local and overseas suppliers, and coordinating inventory flow through to 5 international distribution centers. This is NOT a transport or logistics position A broad supply chain skill set will be required to be successful in this position. The ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities is required. DEMAND PLANNING Develop and manage monthly demand forecasts using sales trends, stakeholder insights, and market data. Validate demand assumptions for new product launches and support inventory planning strategies. Manage end-of-life product runout forecasts and product supersession transitions. Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to analyze data and support planning decisions. SUPPLY PLANNING Manage replenishment planning and purchasing activities for local and international suppliers. Coordinate distribution requirements (DRP) and inventory transfers across warehouse locations. Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory while accounting for supplier lead times. Monitor inbound shipments, provide timely stakeholder updates, and support new product launches through cross-functional supplier coordination. SUPPLY CHAIN Identify and implement process improvements across purchasing and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and performance. Analyze supplier performance, lead times, landed costs, and key supply chain metrics to support business decisions. Maintain inventory master data, manage purchase orders for domestic and international suppliers, and support product lifecycle activities. Partner with internal teams and suppliers to successfully launch new products while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and a continuous improvement culture. REQUIREMENTS Experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain operations. Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Avercast) and advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, self-motivated, and continuous improvement mindset.
