Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for the manufacturing site. The role oversees sourcing coordination, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer fulfilment, ensuring alignment with production requirements and site priorities. Working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and other functions, the Supply Chain Manager ensures material availability, optimizes inventory and cost, manages capacity and supply constraints, and drives continuous improvement to support uninterrupted production, on-time delivery, and strong customer service levels. Main Responsibilities Supply Chain Operations Lead and manage the site end-to-end supply chain , including procurement, production planning, inventory control and logistics. Integrate manufacturing process knowledge into supply chain planning to optimize capacity utilization and supplier production capacity . Execute supply chain plans aligned with site manufacturing requirements, customer demand, cost and inventory targets . Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Operations to support production schedules and NPI. Oversee material requirements planning (MRP), demand forecasting and S&OP activities to ensure production continuity. Drive supplier development, sourcing initiatives and risk mitigation to ensure reliable and cost-effective material availability. Drive inventory optimization, slow-moving and obsolete inventory management, and provision reduction plans . Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and sustainability requirements across supply chain operations. Leverage SAP and digital supply chain tools to improve visibility, data accuracy…
