This role is responsible for improving planning discipline, cross-functional alignment, supply and capacity forecasting, and operational execution in support of business objectives and customer commitmentsResponsibilitiesLead implementation and ongoing management of a standardized SIOP process across all business units and manufacturing locationsFacilitate SIOP, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational visibility.Qualifications & Requirements6-10 years supply chain experience in regulated environment2+ years of experience with Microsoft D365Experience within medical device, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industryExperience implementing or improving SIOP/IBP processes within a multi-site manufacturing organizationExperience with ERP systems and planning tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, NetSuite, etc.)PreferredBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferredExperience supporting multi-site manufacturing and distribution operationsAnalytical expertise developing executive-level reporting and KPI dashboardsAPICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or IBF certification preferredSign OffFor more information, please contact Ava Biestek at ava.biestek@jcwgroup.com
