Supply Chain Manager - Brands

Lornamead is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Brands to lead end-to-end planning, procurement, supplier coordination, and delivery for branded products manufactured by third-party partners. Position Summary This role partners across internal functions and external suppliers to maintain product availability, optimize inventory, control costs, support new-product development, and deliver against departmental and company performance goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end supply chain for branded products, including material planning, component purchase orders, finished goods work orders, contract manufacturing, transportation, and delivery to third-party warehouse partners. Develop and execute material-planning strategies that support a continuous supply of branded finished goods. Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and material requirements, and maintain clear reporting on risks and performance. Manage branded-product inventory to meet departmental and company KPIs. Develop and execute cross-functional action plans for procurement, manufacturing, and customer delivery in a fast-paced environment. Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other business partners to support S&OP and new-product development. Build strategic supplier relationships that improve material availability, quality compliance, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions when expectations are not met. Participate in contract negotiations and cost-saving initiatives. Make timely decisions aligned with departmental metrics and organizational financial goals. Leadership Characteristics The Supply Chain Manager – Brands is assertive, proactive, self-motivated, highly organized, and an effective communicator who can drive follow-through across internal teams and external suppliers. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. At least five years of experience in supply planning, procurement, purchasing, or a related supply-chain function. Proficiency with ERP or other business systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment spanning manufacturing, finance, accounting, and other business functions. Preferred Experience working with suppliers in a global supply-chain environment. Experience managing third-party contract manufacturers. Experience supporting S&OP and new-product development.
