InternationalPosition Overview We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding to join our San Antonio Manufacturing Plant team. The S upply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding is responsible for leading factory material handling and material flow operations, ensuring the right material is delivered to the right location at the right time to support uninterrupted production. This position leads multiple supervisors and their hourly teams, with responsibility for lineside material availability, warehouse-to-line material flow, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material flow constraints, improve operational performance, and support production requirements. The manager will also play a key role in new product introductions, ensuring material handling processes, systems, equipment, and resources are ready to support successful production launches. As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027. This position will initially work Day Shift and be required to transition to Night Shift as the operation ramps up in mid-2027. Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM. Night Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM. This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements. Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule. Responsibilities Manage business unit supervisors responsible for material flow throughout the factory. Support production operations to ensure all material requirements are lineside at the time needed. Lead efforts to improve efficiency and quality of material control and delivery. Drive efforts to improve key KPIs including labor efficiency, inventory accuracy and availability of material at lineside These teams work across multiple shifts, ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there, on the line. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, focus on JIT deliverables and an on-going focus on reducing process waste. Manage introduction of new product to ensure systems are ready to receive and deliver to appropriate work stations. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, corporate functions and work with cross-functional teams Flexibility to work in a multi-shift environment Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of materials management or supply chain experience OR Master's degree and at least 4 years of materials management or supply chain experience OR At least 8 years of materials management or supply chain experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
