This role ensures alignment with business objectives by driving efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.What You'll Do Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory managementDevelop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demandDrive Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure cross functional alignmentManage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigationIdentify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), includingOn-time deliveryInventory turnsForecast accuracySupplier performanceCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production schedules and new product introductionsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain teamUtilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and reportingManage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logisticsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)Demonstrated success in process improvement, cost reduction, and supplier managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams What We ValueAPICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologiesGlobal supply chain experience, including import/export complianceExperience in regulated industries such as aerospace, electronics, or automotive Equal Opportunity Employer.
