Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing process improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies. Lead cross-functional teams in demand forecasting analysis, inventory demand planning, and production scheduling to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs. Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization software to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Oversee procurement activities including direct negotiation of supplier contracts, purchasing strategies, and supplier relationship management to secure quality materials at competitive prices. Implement ERP systems like SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms for supply chain planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and inventory management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, Kaizen events, lean management practices, and process optimization projects utilizing tools like SQL for data analysis and SAP or Oracle for system integration. Skills Extensive experience with supply chain management software such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for analytics and reporting. Strong knowledge of logistics inventory management, demand forecasting analysis, procurement negotiations, and inventory control techniques. Proven ability in process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Lean management to streamline operations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in data analysis skills combined with business intelligence tools to support quantitative analysis and supply chain analytics. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning systems (MRP), and demand planning strategies. Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across departments such as procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and executive leadership.
