We manufacture, warehouse, and distribute trading card products and accessories through online marketplaces, wholesale relationships, and retail partnerships. We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and accountable Supply Chain Manager to lead the departments responsible for purchasing, inbound shipments, outbound shipments, and customer account management. About the Role Your mission is to keep goods and supplies moving reliably into and out of our business—so our teams have what they need and our customers receive accurate orders on time. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will connect procurement, shipping, and customer account management into one coordinated operation. You will lead these departments, establish clear priorities, improve processes, and address problems before they disrupt production or customer commitments. What You’ll Do Lead and manage departments. Oversee procurement, inbound and outbound shipping, and customer account management, including online and retail accounts. Set expectations, coach employees and department leaders, and hold teams accountable for results. Manage inbound shipments. Coordinate supplier deliveries, freight schedules, and receiving priorities. Work with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure incoming goods are checked, documented, and available when needed. Resolve late deliveries, shortages, damage, and incorrect shipments. Manage outbound shipments. Oversee shipping priorities and coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure customer orders leave accurately and on time. Ensure labeling, packaging, shipping documents, tracking, and customer-specific requirements are handled correctly. Oversee procurement and supplier performance. Ensure products, materials, packaging, and operating supplies are purchased in the right quantities and at the right time. Monitor supplier reliability, pricing, lead times, and purchase order follow-through while staying within approved budgets. Lead customer account management. Ensure account managers communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, maintain accurate order information, and follow through on customer needs. Align delivery commitments with inventory availability, production capacity, and shipping capabilities. Coordinate inventory and production needs. Work with production and inventory leadership to anticipate demand, identify shortages, and prioritize replenishment. Help prevent supply-related delays while limiting unnecessary purchases and excess inventory. Improve processes and control costs. Establish clear procedures and departmental handoffs. Identify recurring problems, reduce avoidable freight and purchasing expenses, and implement practical improvements that make operations more dependable. Track performance and communicate priorities. Monitor open purchase orders, incoming deliveries, customer orders, shipment deadlines, and unresolved issues. Provide the General Manager with clear updates, recommended solutions, and performance reports. Coordinate with accounting to support accurate purchasing records and timely invoicing. What We’re Looking For Experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, distribution, fulfillment, or a related operational role. Previous experience supervising employees, leading departments, and holding teams accountable for performance. A strong understanding of purchasing, inventory flow, shipping and receiving, supplier relationships, and customer order fulfillment.
