Fully onsite role - 5 days per week in office Robert Half has partnered with a longstanding and valued client in their search of a new Supply Chain Manager to oversee a team of Buyers/Planners/Inventory Analysts and a manufacturing facility of $20M in inventory management. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as an established Supply Chain Manager within the manufacturing industry, with strong/effective negotiation and communication skills, and an ability to train and develop a team of Buyer/Planners. Responsibilities : Help lead the flow of direct materials from planning through delivery so production stays on track and customers receive orders on time. Guide purchasing, planning, and procurement activities to make sure materials are available when needed while keeping costs and disruptions in check. Support compliance with trade regulations by ensuring material transactions and records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained. Partner with operations, finance, and materials teams to solve supply challenges, align priorities, and keep communication moving across the business. Look for ways to improve processes that strengthen inventory accuracy, increase inventory turns, and help the team meet performance goals. Use lean supply chain practices to simplify day-to-day work for buyers and planners and create more efficient materials management processes. Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and help identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply reliability. Support annual inventory activities and maintain dependable material data that helps the team plan effectively and make informed decisions. Along with a target salary range of $120-150k (DOE), the total compensation package also includes annual bonus potential, multiple healthcare plan options, retirement plan with company match, and paid time off. Fully onsite role - 5 days per week in office DESIRED EXPERIENCE: • BS Degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or materials management within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, procurement processes, and material availability planning. • Experience supporting annual inventory activities and improving inventory accuracy within a manufacturing setting. • Working knowledge of trade compliance considerations and transactional accuracy in supply chain operations. • Proficiency with ERP systems • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
