Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans aligned with organizational and customer objectives
- Lead all aspects of supply chain management including planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier management
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with executive leaders, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Direct and mentor supply chain managers and functional teams, ensuring talent development, succession planning, and high performance
- Drive supplier performance, cost savings, inventory efficiency, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making
- Oversee contract management, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure operational excellence and business continuity through proactive supply chain initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep expertise in supply chain management, procurement, planning, inventory management, and supplier relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain leadership roles within manufacturing, technology, electronics, or industrial sectors
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex supply chain organizations and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, supplier development, contract negotiations, and risk management
- Proven track record collaborating with executive leaders, customers, and suppliers to drive organizational objectives
- Financial acumen in budgeting, cost optimization, inventory control, and P&L responsibilities
- Advanced skills in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational development skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience driving organizational transformation within fast-paced, high-tech environments
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications
