Duties Assist the store management team in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Support sales associates with customer service excellence, ensuring a positive shopping experience Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock control, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Manage cashiering and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions and cash handling procedures Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees to build a motivated retail team Implement pricing strategies and promotional displays aligned with company policies and sales goals Maintain organizational standards by supervising stocking, merchandising, and inventory control activities Skills Proven experience in retail sales management and supervising teams within a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relations and customer inquiries effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial conversations, training sessions, and customer interactions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices Demonstrated leadership in managing shift schedules, operational tasks, and team development initiatives Sound knowledge of retail math for pricing, sales analysis, and budgeting purposes Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance evaluations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their management expertise in a lively retail environment.
