Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role oversees end-to-end supply and vendor management processes for the platform, ensuring that recommended service providers and internal operations meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing demand planning for vendor categories, monitoring inventory and availability of partner services, and optimizing procurement and supply management workflows. The Supply Chain Manager will analyze data to forecast needs, maintain performance metrics, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and refine processes to improve efficiency and reliability. This role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and scalable systems that support the growth of both the platform and its founder clients. Qualifications Strong demand planning and analytical skills, with the ability to forecast needs and interpret data to support decision-making. Experience in supply management and procurement, including evaluating vendors, negotiating terms, and managing supplier relationships. Proficiency in inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, availability, and optimization of services or products. Background in supply chain operations, logistics, or vendor management within a technology, services, or startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners. Comfort with using data and software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, supply chain or ERP systems, analytics platforms) to manage and optimize operations. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment focused on supporting founders.
