About the Opportunity:
The Site Supply Chain Manager will lead supply chain for the site while achieving performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth through a relentless focus on Kaizen. Additionally, this role will be responsible for implementing and leading the SIOP processes for the site. The Site Supply Chain Manager will lead and develop a high performing team of direct resources to meet the forestated performance objectives. This role has responsibility for leading and influencing the team to ensure raw material needs are met and right sized at the site and division level, creating, and implementing of best practices, tools, and templates to optimize procurement planning and execution across the division, and resolving raw material and outside vendor service shortages/escalations. The Site Supply Chain Manager will work as a collaborative leader across the division team to prioritize overall Company success.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace or industrial manufacturing
• Strong and proven expertise in SIOP, MPS ownership, and production planning
• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English
