About the Opportunity: 

The Site Supply Chain Manager will lead supply chain for the site while achieving performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth through a relentless focus on Kaizen. Additionally, this role will be responsible for implementing and leading the SIOP processes for the site. The Site Supply Chain Manager will lead and develop a high performing team of direct resources to meet the forestated performance objectives. This role has responsibility for leading and influencing the team to ensure raw material needs are met and right sized at the site and division level, creating, and implementing of best practices, tools, and templates to optimize procurement planning and execution across the division, and resolving raw material and outside vendor service shortages/escalations. The Site Supply Chain Manager will work as a collaborative leader across the division team to prioritize overall Company success.

Responsibilities: 

• SIOP and MPS
  • Own and lead the SIOP process, ensuring full alignment between demand, capacity, production, and inventory objectives
  • Define, validate, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with customer demand, capacity constraints, and business priorities
  • Ensure the robustness and feasibility of the MPS to support on-time delivery and cost efficiency
  • Oversee production planning and sequencing to optimize resources, lead times, and service level
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing

• Inventory Management

  • Lead initiatives to optimize and reduce inventory levels while maintaining required service levels
  • Define and monitor inventory KPIs (inventory turns, coverage, obsolescence, excess & slow-moving stock)
  • Implement continuous improvement actions related to inventory and planning accuracy

• Logistics & Supply Operations

  • Oversee logistics operations including import, export, and procurement flows
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, customs regulations, and internal procedures
  • Improve logistics performance in terms of cost, delivery, and reliability
