Supply Chain Manager
Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies🚨 Now Hiring: Supply Chain Manager We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, packaging, and material flow operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the supply chain/logistics team • Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and material flow • Oversee transportation, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs • Develop and optimize packaging and container management • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives • Manage customer/supplier logistics escalations • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, OHSA/ESA, and applicable regulations • Monitor KPIs, costs, service levels, and inventory performance What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Supply chain management experience in manufacturing ✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills ✔️ Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management ✔️ Knowledge of logistics, customs, and international shipping ✔️ Automotive/IATF experience is an asset 📩 Interested?
