Location: Bedford, NH Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually Description Supply Chain Manager Location: Bedford, NH (Onsite) Duration: Full-Time Employee (FTE) Interview: Virtual Interview Process About The Role We're looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced manufacturing environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence. In this role, you'll lead purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality standards. You'll partner closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to build a resilient supply chain that supports customer demand while continuously improving efficiency, reducing waste, and mitigating risk. What You'll Do Lead Supply Chain Operations Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchasing, materials planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management. Oversee production scheduling alignment to ensure materials availability meets manufacturing and customer requirements. Monitor inventory performance and implement strategies that optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. Drive Supplier Excellence Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners. Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and freight services to maximize value and reduce costs. Partner with Quality teams to ensure compliance with approved vendor programs and quality standards. Forecast, Analyze & Optimize Utilize data analytics and ERP systems to forecast demand and support strategic planning. Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop contingency plans to minimize supply chain disruptions and improve resiliency. Lead & Develop Teams Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Purchasing and Materials teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure Compliance & Performance Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards. Monitor transportation and logistics performance to ensure on-time delivery. Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality, service levels, and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, materials planning, or logistics experience. Proven experience leading and developing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a highly regulated environment. Defense or DoD contracting experience is a plus. Experience managing supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives. Continuous improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies).
