General Purpose: The Benelli USA Supply Chain team plays an important role for our organization in driving service level improvements to our customers through collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be an integral member to this team’s focus on Supply Chain improvement. You will be the communication link (Control Tower) between sales, product management, and Benelli USA’s partner factories. This role is responsible for submission and management of monthly purchase order needs to factories. The Supply Chain Manager will own the procurement function of Benelli USA, manage and prioritize production needs with factory partners and set internal expectations for product timing. Through strong collaboration with key stakeholders, you will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities to meet customer demand. The role will work closely with Factory partners to improve on time delivery and visibility. You’ll get to: Lead the Benelli USA procurement process by submitting and managing monthly purchase orders. Set production priorities with partner factories to ensure alignment with supply and demand. Lead monthly supply chain management calls with each factory to discuss trends and set production priorities and discuss delivery performance to requests. Lead monthly Supply Chain Meetings internally to discuss forecasting needs, set delivery expectations and discuss projected inventory opportunities. Oversee and develop quarterly purchase order reconciliation process. Manage purchases to annual budgets for each partner factory. Contribute to Annual Factory Summits with forward-looking purchasing planning, projections, and trends. Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by management. Performance Measurements: Factory Scorecard Purchases to Budget Quarterly PO Reconciliation Excess and Obsolete Inventory Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Who you are: The Supply Chain Manager position requires an individual with an agile mindset who does not accept the status quo and possesses a strong desire to continuously improve processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance strong day-to-day business relationships between internal and external stakeholders through trust and transparency and strong collaboration skills. You have: Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically building positive relationships between key players and immediate team. Strong communication and presentation skills. An agile mindset with a strong desire towards constant process improvement. The ability to develop actions from data. Must lead through collaboration. Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The ability to track and deliver on many priorities simultaneously is needed. A strong understanding of seasonality and demand curves. Data and results driven. Ability to objectively consider alternatives and quickly implement appropriate actions to address root cause issues. Strong knowledge of continuous process improvement and principles. Experience with international manufacturers and/or vendors is preferred. Strong experience with production and product workflow. Proven track record in owning and developing streamlined inventory management and purchasing processes. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with strong experience using Excel and/or other visualization tools. Experience in report creation using Microsoft Power BI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 7 to 10 years of professional experience with a proven track record of successful business relationship development. Supply chain experience preferably in supply planning, inventory, or order management. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification preferred. Must be proficient with ERP planning and tools.
