Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Management role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Supply Chain professional will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory planning, and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing demand and inventory data, placing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to optimize costs, mitigate supply risks, and improve process efficiency. The individual will also support reporting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Caro’s supply chain performance. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills to oversee material flow and stock control. Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills and experience working with suppliers and vendors. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or manufacturing environments is beneficial. Proficiency in supply chain or ERP software and advanced Excel skills is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
