Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview DMY SUPPLY CHAIN INC. is seeking an organized and proactive Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, transportation, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, solving logistics challenges, and improving supply chain efficiency. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily logistics, procurement, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment activities. Monitor shipments, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and order status. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams. Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, reports, and inventory records. Support forecasting, replenishment, demand planning, and inventory optimization. Maintain accurate information in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems. Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Resolve shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and other operational issues. Support vendor coordination and ensure compliance with company and transportation requirements. What We’re Looking For Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, procurement, warehousing, or inventory operations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ERP, WMS, or TMS experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/ASCM certifications is a plus.
