Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Overview DMY SUPPLY CHAIN INC. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of daily logistics, procurement, inventory management, and transportation operations. This position is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods across the supply chain, maintaining accurate operational records, and collaborating with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about improving operational performance. Responsibilities Coordinate daily supply chain activities including procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure smooth operational execution Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory availability Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documentation, inventory reports, and logistics records Support demand planning, inventory replenishment, forecasting, and stock optimization initiatives Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Maintain accurate data within ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Assist with supplier relationship management, vendor performance reviews, and procurement coordination Resolve shipment discrepancies, inventory issues, and logistics challenges in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and supply chain best practices Requirements Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, procurement, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory management software Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) are considered a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $26.3 – $31.7 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and certification reimbursement Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Collaborative and technology-driven work environment Why Join DMY SUPPLY CHAIN INC.?
