Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Associate – Overnight Shift Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite) Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Overnight Shift) Contract Duration: Immediate start through December 28, 2026, with a possibility of extension. Pay Rate: Up to $29/hr. on W2 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Associate to support daily supply chain and materials management operations at a leading healthcare organization in Rochester, MN. This role involves receiving, distributing, tracking, and managing inventory and medical supplies while ensuring accurate records, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and organizational skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Support the receiving, distribution, transportation, storage, and inventory control of materials and medical supplies. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve delivery, invoice, receipt, and order-related issues. Research and resolve discrepancies, including invoices not received, items received but not invoiced, delayed shipments, and returns. Respond to a high volume of inquiries via phone, mail, and fax, providing timely assistance and escalating issues when necessary. Track shipments, proof of delivery, shipping methods, special handling instructions, and critical orders. Assist with the distribution and handling of medical products, including controlled substances and hazardous materials, in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Review reports to maintain accurate transaction records and identify potential processing delays. Collaborate with team members to improve processes, resolve recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Follow established safety, security, quality, and regulatory requirements. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong computer skills and proficiency in handling data and transaction records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment. Commitment to accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement. Additional Information This is an onsite, overnight contract position. The role requires working Sunday through Thursday nights.
