Supply Chain & Inventory Manager ULTRAVIEW is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of inventory, purchasing, material planning, and supplier performance within our growing hard-goods manufacturing business. Primary objective: Ensure we have accurate inventory and the right materials in the right quantities at the right time. The #1 characteristic we’re looking for is inventory ownership . We are looking for someone who has walked into a company with inventory problems and fixed them. Location: On-site/In-office 5 days a week, Norcross GA, Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Benefits: UV offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 80% employer-paid health insurance premiums with multiple plan options, including low-deductible and HSA-eligible plans. Key Responsibilities Own inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, components, and finished goods Identify and resolve the root causes of existing inventory discrepancies Establish and maintain cycle counting, inventory controls, and transaction discipline Manage the supply chain team, including setting expectations and priorities, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring accountability. Streamline and own purchasing, material planning, reorder points, safety stock Manage supplier performance across lead times, delivery, quality, cost, and capacity Lead and run weekly/monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations, Planning) meetings Identify excess/obsolete inventory and improve overall working-capital efficiency Build scalable processes and KPIs for inventory accuracy, supplier performance, stockouts, and material availability Ideal Candidate 5+ years of supply chain, inventory, or materials-management experience in a hard-goods manufacturing environment Strong NetSuite proficiency, ideally within a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience fixing inventory accuracy and inventory-control issues Strong understanding of BOMs, work orders, MRP/material planning, cycle counting, purchasing, and demand planning Experience managing domestic and international suppliers Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly in the ERP and on the production floor Bias toward ownership and problem solving rather than simply managing existing processes
