A Brief Overview Responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring optimal stock levels across supply locations. Supports process improvements, collaborates with purchasing and clinical teams, and delivers excellent customer service. Upholds safety, compliance, and organizational standards while assisting with audits, training, and troubleshooting supply chain systems. Responsibilities: What you will do Assess and identify excess inventory; initiate returns and manage credits. Notify supervisors promptly about outdated or slow-moving items. Rotate and remove expired inventory; maintain optimal stock levels across all supply locations. Conduct inventory audits and allocate supplies using hand-held devices. Oversee creation and maintenance of bin locations and labels. Document and report inventory discrepancies and fluctuations for management review. Communicate operational issues affecting departmental efficiency to the Supply Chain Operations Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner. Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve order discrepancies quickly. Implement and support process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accurate replenishment of warehouse and supply areas, including evaluating and adjusting par levels and labeling systems. Follow established procedures for receiving, delivering, and reconciling shipments and paperwork. Provide exceptional customer service in response to telephone and in-person inquiries, upholding Orlando Health’s standards of excellence.
