ROLE: Supply Chain Intern LOCATION: Bayer's Lake DC, 5 days/week in office SALARY: $25/Hour APPLICATION DEADLINE: Sunday, November 15th WHAT DO WE OFFER? Our 15-week internship provides hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, designed for high-achieving students interested in building a future with Labatt. The program offers: A comprehensive onboarding experience and dedicated summer project ownership Learning and development workshops to build technical and leadership skills Exposure to senior leaders through networking opportunities and a final project presentation Exclusive intern events and experiences Access to exciting swag and on-site pubs Opportunities to launch your career through future full-time or Trainee Program opportunities after graduation INTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and make a real impact from day one by tackling business challenges and improving KPIs. Work closely with the Logistics Team and support various supply chain activities, while owning and delivering a strategic, high-impact project. Participate in and navigate changes to route-to-market strategies across different regions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, cost management, planning, and technology. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management for multi-functional exposure and to gain valuable industry insights. We Are Looking For Candidates Who... Take ownership and act with integrity. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: In their 2nd or 3rd year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Engineering, Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027. Graduating in December 2027 or later Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec) Can legally work in Canada Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else) Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full-time position is a requirement – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada RECRUITMENT PROCESS Application screening for our 2027 Internship Program will begin in October.
