Responsibilities
• Lead financial evaluation of supply chain strategic investments and network optimization from opportunity identification through post-investment performance tracking.
• Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses to frame trade-offs and inform senior leadership decisions.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic business models and projections, surfacing ROI risks and investment trends.
• Deliver operating cadences for diagnosis, scenario modeling, leadership alignment, and performance reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Design financial governance frameworks for transformational investments to ensure disciplined capital allocation and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Engineering stakeholders to translate findings into cross-functional alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors through clear direction and prioritization.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of progressive finance or economics experience with demonstrated ability to influence senior-level outcomes.
• 3-5+ years of supply chain finance or operations experience.
• Proven track record building scalable, driver-based financial models and conducting scenario analyses in complex environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience and strong executive presence to influence across functions and levels.
• Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data aggregation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
