USD $117,600.00/Yr. 60151 International Mots, LLC Job Description Position Overview International is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer in San Antonio The Supply Chain Engineer is responsible f planning, designing, and implementing supply chain infrastructure, material flow processes, and operational systems that suppt manufacturing operations and strategic growth initiatives. This role will play a key role in the development and launch of a new external warehouse, including facility layout design, material flow development, equipment selection, process implementation, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in warehouse and manufacturing environments, CAD-based design, material handling systems, facility layouts, and project management. This position requires a highly motivated engineer capable of managing complex projects from concept through implementation while codinating vends, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an Onsite position. Must live in the surrounding area Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of supply chain infrastructure f new warehouse and operational projects. Develop warehouse layouts, st age strategies, material flow concepts, receiving and replenishment processes, and operational standards. Design and optimize material flow from receiving through point-of-use delivery to suppt efficiency, productivity, and invent y management objectives. Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD layouts, drawings, equipment specifications, and facility designs. Define material handling equipment requirements, including racking systems, stage solutions, fklifts, convey s, AGVs, kitting equipment, and other warehouse infrastructure. Develop project scopes, capital requests, equipment specifications, and procurement requirements. Manage vend selection, request f quotations (RFQs), bid evaluations, equipment purchases, and contract negotiations. Co dinate equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and operational startup activities. Perfm capacity analysis, space utilization studies, wkflow optimization, and process simulations to supp t future growth. Develop standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and timelines are achieved. Collab ate with Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Facilities, IT, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure operational readiness. Identify and implement continuous improvement opptunities to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost perf mance. Supp t production launches, facility expansions, warehouse transitions, and operational improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements Bachel 's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience Master's degree and no experience At least 3 years of product manufacturing experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related wk sponsship f this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills 5+ years of Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Process Engineering experience. Proven experience designing and implementing warehouse layouts, material flow systems, and operational processes. Extensive project management experience including vend codination, request f quotations (RFQs), capital equipment procurement, budgeting, and project execution.
