Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. No particular degree, major, or years of experience are required. This role combines analysis with hands-on operations. You will work with our team across sales and demand data, inventory planning, warehouse execution, order fulfillment, and marketplace shipments. For the right person, the internship may develop into a full-time position. What You'll Work On Inventory management and auditing: Perform counts and cycle audits, investigate discrepancies, maintain SKU-level accuracy, and identify low-stock and overstock situations. Demand forecasting and inventory planning: Review sales history, seasonality, channel performance, and current inventory to help plan replenishment. E-commerce and marketplace operations: Learn how inventory and fulfillment support multiple online sales channels. Warehouse operations: Help with receiving, storage, product organization, and merchandise flow while connecting physical inventory with our systems. Order fulfillment and shipments: Pick and pack orders accurately; verify SKUs and quantities; prepare labels, cartons, and shipment documents; and help send customer and marketplace shipments on time. Data and process improvement: Use Excel or Google Sheets to organize operational data and spot ways to improve accuracy, workflow, and efficiency. Who We're Looking For Relevant coursework or interest in supply chain, fashion merchandising, operations, business, e-commerce, logistics, or retail is welcome, but no specific field of study is required. We value people who learn quickly, think logically, work accurately, and take responsibility. You should be comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets as well as hands-on counting, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping. Attention to detail matters: when something doesn't make sense, we want you to investigate. Flexible Schedule Work is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at our Walnut / City of Industry area location. Interns can select available 2–4-hour work blocks around their schedules and our weekly operational needs, generally about one week in advance. We ask for dependable availability and a commitment of at least three months. A Potential Career Path Strong performers may take on more responsibility in inventory planning, demand forecasting, marketplace operations, supply-chain coordination, and warehouse and fulfillment management. Depending on performance, timing, and business needs, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
