As the Supply Chain Director, you will oversee

all supply chain operations within the hospital. Your primary responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Consolidated Service Center and the facility, managing inventory, fostering vendor relationships, and controlling supply expenses. You will also take charge of supply chain operations in the Operating Room (OR) when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all facility Supply Chain operations and activities.
• Manage profit and loss for supply chain operations within the facility.
• Implement and execute infrastructure project plans, including standardization programs, SMART cleanup, master file standardization, online requisitioning, and EDI.
• Facilitate market-based purchasing projects at the facility.
• Oversee the implementation and operational plans for point-of-use systems.
• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate Supply Chain personnel.
• Drive supply improvement initiatives (SII) within the facility.
• Standardize products and optimize supply utilization through collaboration with physicians and clinical staff.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and monitor resource allocations for successful plan execution.
• Implement the Supply Chain Performance Measurement plan and report results to leadership accurately and timely.
• Manage supply chain operations in the OR and build strong relationships with OR leadership to address supply concerns.
• Collaborate with OR leadership to enhance supply storage, replenishment, and restocking processes.
• Assist with Medical Information System data cleanup and uphold HCA best practices for supply management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in OR supply chain processes.
• Lead and manage Surgical Services staff within the Supply Chain department (when applicable).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of leadership experience is preferred, preferably with an Associate’s Degree program graduate.
