Supply Chain Director Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex | On-site Travel: Up to 50% We’re seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Director to lead global supply chain strategy, transformation, and operational excellence across a complex, high-mix manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across operations, customers, suppliers, finance, engineering, IT, and commercial teams. You’ll drive initiatives that improve inventory performance, cash flow, logistics, cost, planning, and customer experience across multiple sites and geographies. What You’ll Do Lead and execute global supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites and customer programs. Build and optimize processes for planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and material flow. Lead major supply chain transformation, technology, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Partner directly with senior executives, major customers, suppliers, and cross-functional leaders to resolve complex supply chain challenges. Drive inventory optimization, cost reduction, working-capital improvement, and supply localization strategies. Lead teams of supply chain professionals and managers across multiple functions and locations. Develop organizational structures, performance metrics, talent strategies, and operational plans to support future growth. Support new customer and product launches, including RFQs, supply planning, and cross-functional execution. Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, controls, compliance, and best practices. Benchmark external best practices and bring innovative approaches into the organization. Influence strategic decisions involving suppliers, customers, transportation, technology, and manufacturing operations. What You Bring 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, ideally in a complex manufacturing environment. Experience leading supply chain operations across multiple sites, regions, or geographies. Deep expertise in planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, transportation, and global supply chain operations. A track record of delivering measurable improvements in inventory, cost, working capital, and operational performance. Experience with high-mix/low-volume manufacturing is highly valued. Strong understanding of global logistics, import/export, regulatory requirements, and supplier management. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
