Supply Chain Coordinator - Temporary

Key Responsibilities Create and manage product SKUs Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering Support existing customer renewals Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers Process customer one-time invoices Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution Qualifications Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours Ability to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframe Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred) Hourly Rate: $18/hour Duration: Mid-November to Mid-February (exact dates TBD) Location: Remote; Arizona residents only Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
