Compunnel Inc.Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Job Location: Elk River, MN Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM [Monday to Friday] Job Description: Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP. Coordinate with business teams and procurement to process purchase requests. Communicate with suppliers to obtain missing information and resolve invoice discrepancies. Monitor invoices in VIM and resolve payment blocks promptly. Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed. Support daily mail, shipping, and receiving activities for the campus. Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and supplies. Maintain inventory records and stock incoming supplies. Prepare and ship outgoing packages with accurate labeling and documentation.
