Job Summary At Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems, supply chain work helps teams deliver for customers whose missions depend on reliable performance. We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who enjoys connecting the details - purchase orders, supplier updates, material status, and production priorities - to help work move forward. In this role, you’ll be a key link among suppliers, purchasing, planning, and operations. You’ll make information clear, spot risks early, and help the right people act before a material issue becomes a delivery issue. What You Will Do Track purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material availability. Follow up on late or at-risk items and communicate changes promptly. Help resolve discrepancies in orders, receipts, and inventory records. Partner with planning, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to understand what’s needed and when. Keep supply chain data accurate and help identify ways to improve handoffs and follow-through. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team Organized, persistent, and comfortable following an issue across teams until there is a clear next step Experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, or a related funtion would help you succeed in this role Why this work matters: When materials are ready and risks are raised early, the people building and delivering for our customers can do their work with greater confidence.
