Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a full-time opportunity with strong long-term growth potential across supply chain, purchasing, forecasting, transportation, analytics, and sales. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers. Place, schedule, and monitor orders to support on-time material delivery. Manage open orders, supplier backlogs, shortages, and material expedites. Monitor Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and resolve issues before materials reach the warehouse. Review supplier requirements following MRP runs and address overordering or underordering. Partner with internal planning teams to communicate supplier updates and resolve supply concerns. Support product changes and new item implementations. Identify opportunities to improve supplier packaging, labeling, and overall efficiency. What We Need From You 1–2 years of experience in supplier planning, material planning, procurement, supply chain, or another analytical role. Understanding of procurement and inventory management processes. Experience working with MRP or similar planning systems. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred but flexible based on experience. *Recent graduates with relevant internship experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or a similar analytical function are encouraged to apply. All-Star Skillset Automotive, manufacturing, or fastener industry experience. Experience working within an ERP system. Familiarity with AS400 and/or SAP.
