Careers with our Clients through Forvis Mazars US Search Supply Chain Coordinator - Charlotte NC (on-site) We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee forecasting, purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management. Reporting to the Operations Manager and CEO, you will help ensure the efficient flow of inventory throughout the supply chain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new Charlotte-based supply chain team and contribute to the success of a fast-growing business. Responsibilities Conduct monthly demand forecasting using sales trends and stakeholder insights, validate forecast volumes for new product launches and support sales plans. Manage product runouts, range transitions, and inventory planning activities. Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to support forecasting and reporting. Manage replenishment orders, inventory levels, and warehouse transfers to ensure product availability across all locations. Optimize stock levels by balancing demand forecasts and supplier lead times to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support inbound shipments, product launches, and service level requirements. Support purchasing, inventory management, and new product launches by coordinating suppliers, maintaining inventory data, and raising purchase orders. Analyze supplier performance, lead times, landed costs, and other key metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous process enhancements. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient supply chain operations. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s in related field – preferred Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills is a requirement Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain concepts Background in forecasting, demand analysis and purchasing with experience in inventory control Experience with the use of Microsoft Dynamic 365 or similar ERP This is a full-time, direct hire position and will be primarily based in office, in the Pineville / Matthews area. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
