Supply Chain Coordinator

D & H SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT LLC. is hiring a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory, shipping, and logistics activities. This role involves coordinating vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and helping improve supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate purchasing, inventory, shipping, and delivery operations. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel. Track orders, shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. Maintain purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory reports. Assist with demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and inventory planning. Monitor vendor performance and identify operational improvements. Update ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and maintain accurate data. Support cost control, process improvements, and compliance with safety procedures. Qualifications: Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, purchasing, or inventory management preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ERP, WMS, or TMS experience is an advantage.
