Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Overview SCS Supply Chain Services is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, transportation, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for an organized, analytical professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working with data, and improving supply chain operations. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily procurement, logistics, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment activities. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. Track shipments, inventory levels, deliveries, and order status. Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, reports, and operational records. Support forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate information in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems. Help resolve shipment, inventory, and vendor issues. Support compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and transportation regulations. What We’re Looking For Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, procurement, warehouse, or inventory operations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ERP/WMS/TMS experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
