Visit nchjobs.org to learn more. Job Summary The Supply Chain Coordinator - Distribution is a key liaison between their assigned area and Central Supply. This position is responsible for ensuring supplies are delivered, stocked, and organized. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Other duties may be assigned. Completes replenishment, picking, and distribution tasks. Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate delivery location. Manages the supply replenishment process, including straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for assigned areas. Performs supply chain process such as supply return requests, requisitions, receiving, and/or product recall activities timely and accurately ensuring that both the operational and system components are completed. Picks up return items and performs daily par cart inventories. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked. Builds and maintains relationships with customers to ensure needs are met and respond to requests in a timely manner. Develops, adjusts, and maintains par levels of stock based on usage, volume, and staff feedback. Identifies opportunities to improve overall supply chain workflows. Assists with periodic inventory of supplies in assigned areas. Performs routine cycle counts of perpetual inventory. Ensures vendor compliance with all policies and procedures. Education, Experience And Qualifications Minimum of an associates degree in related field and 2 years of experience in healthcare, supply chain services, retail, or customer service or bachelor’s degree in related field or high school diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in healthcare, supply chain services, retail, or customer service. Basic knowledge of products and equipment used in assigned areas. Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Understanding of clinical procedure process. In-depth knowledge of products and equipment used in assigned areas. Knowledge and experience in performing the duties associated with purchasing, receiving, shipping, and distribution preferred. Demonstrates ability to use an ERP system preferred
