Supply Chain Coordinator

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in Plainfield, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in a newly created role that will play a critical part in supporting operational integration efforts across multiple locations. The selected candidate will serve as a key link between customers, internal stakeholders, and manufacturing operations while helping ensure the seamless flow of orders, purchasing materials, inventory management, and more. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $70,000-80,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match. ***Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.*** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing Enter and maintain order information within ERP systems Coordinate production requirements with manufacturing operations Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders Ensure customer demand aligns with production and inventory availability Process internal purchase orders and related system transactions Track material flow and delivery schedules to support on-time shipments Maintain accurate data across multiple ERP platforms Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer-facing teams Support billing accuracy and invoice reconciliation activities Generate reports and analyze data to improve supply chain performance Serve as a liaison between internal teams and manufacturing partners Assist with process improvement initiatives and system transitions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred but not required Minimum of 3+ years of supply chain, planning, purchasing, and/or order management experience within a manufacturing industry is required Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience and be professionally proficient using SAP (Non-negotiable) Must have experience with customer order management and ERP transactions Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating production requirements with manufacturing operations Experience working across multiple business systems simultaneously is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail ***Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.*** If you or someone in your network fit this profile and would like to apply for this Supply Chain Coordinator position in Plainfield, Indiana then please submit your application alongside your resume using the link in this posting.
