Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Company Air International Thermal Systems is a global supplier of automotive heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and thermal management systems, serving leading vehicle manufacturers since 1967. About the Role Air International (US) Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support material planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, and logistics for its U.S. automotive HVAC programs. The role works closely with customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to keep materials and deliveries on schedule. Key Responsibilities Review customer forecasts and coordinate material planning, production schedules, and supplier replenishment using MRP. Track inventory and supplier deliveries; follow up on material shortages and shipment delays. Maintain purchase and sales orders and ERP records; support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Coordinate domestic and international shipments and prepare shipping and customs documentation. Verify invoices and pricing, allocate freight costs, and assist with cost accounting and month-end reconciliation. Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delivery, inventory, and quality issues. Qualifications Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or inventory coordination; manufacturing experience preferred. Working knowledge of ERP systems and MRP, with strong Excel skills. Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, invoice verification, and basic cost accounting. Organized and detail-oriented, with practical problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience in automotive manufacturing or supplier-site operations.
